Acceptance
By using MangoX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MangoX while your account is in good standing.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MangoX to generate illegal, infringing or harmful systems, or to circumvent security controls.
Intellectual property
You own the code MangoX generates for you. We retain rights to the MangoX platform, prompts and templates.
Termination
You may cancel any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms with notice when reasonable.
Warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MangoX against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
